FIELD: medicine; field surgery.

SUBSTANCE: determination of the dependence of blood plot or body segment during one cardio cycle; determination is carried out with the use of electromyography and photopletizmography. Heart rate frequency is counted. The photopletizmography figure area is identified in mm2 (S), limited by this dependence and isolines planimetric. Identify the value of linear functions and values of HR and S are identified: F1 = 0.33 xHR-0052xS-18.88, F2 = 0.22xHR +0054xS-12.71, and in order to assign patient to a particular group the value of HR and S should be used in the formula. If F1 > F2, the patient belongs to the group with systolic blood pressure less than or equal to 100 mm. Rt; if F1 ≤ F2, the patient refers to a group with systolic blood pressure of more than 100 mm hg. Data processing and its transfer are provided to the workplace of a doctor.

EFFECT: noninvasive method allows to conduct dynamic monitoring of the wounded or injured patient.
