FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, in particular, to resuscitation. Such parameters of the electrocardiosignal as the standard deviation of the mean values of cardiac cycles, the ratio of low and high frequency waves, the variability of the QT interval, the EF value, the ventricular tachycardia test, extrasystoles are recorded and determined for at least three subsequent cardiac cycles. If haemodynamically significant arrhythmia is detected, defibrillation is performed. If a severe arrhythmia syndrome is detected, revascularisation is performed. If haemodynamically significant arrhythmia is detected, chest compressions are performed. The frequency and amplitude of the electric cardiac signal are analysed and used as a basis for determining the type of haemodynamically significant arrhythmia: tachycardia, coarse ventricular fibrillation, fine ventricular fibrillation, or asystoles. Defibrillation is therein performed if ventricular tachycardia, or coarse ventricular fibrillation, or fine ventricular fibrillation are detected. The method is implemented by means of a system including an automatic defibrillator, an apparatus for external cardiac massage, and a ventilator, placed in a resuscitation capsule, constituting a container placed on an unmanned aerial vehicle for vertical takeoff and landing, as well as an automated workplace of a resuscitation specialist, wherein the equipment placed in the resuscitation capsule is connected with the automated workplace of the resuscitation specialist via a wireless communication channel.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows for an increase in the effectiveness of emergency cardiac care due to the automated resuscitation measures, as well as ensured identification of more types of sudden circulatory arrest.
