FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for manufacture of any coils of inductance or windings of transformers, mainly of high-voltage ones. The inductance coil contains the winding from wire in the insulation placed on the electric insulating frame. Winding turns are laid at an angle to the frame axis. Each turn of the winding contains two sections, the first of which is main and located in the plane, perpendicular to the frame axis, the second section is transitional one, it is located in the angular sector sufficient for two wire bends in the isolation in opposite directions and is used for transition from the plane of the main section of the current round to the plane of the main section of the next round, it is located at the angle 30-60° to the planes of the main sections of the connected turns, providing a crossing angle 60-120°, to prevent sliding of turns when winding. Turns of each layer, except for the first one, are laid on the main section strictly in the depression between rounds of the previous layer according to the layout provided in the invention formula. Parameters of the winding are related by the relations given in the invention formula. The winding wire contains along its whole external surface a sticky self-hardened layer.

EFFECT: improvement of reliability and reduction of dimensions.
