FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method includes stages whereat a tubular element (25) is formed out of semiconductor material; out of tubular element (25) the first cylindrical element (21) is cut with the first length and the second cylindrical element (22a, 22b) is cut with the second length; end section (23a, 23b) of the first cylindrical element (21) and end section (24a, 24b) of the second cylindrical element (22a, 22b) are treated mechanically in order to put rounded shape to them; the first cylindrical element (21) is placed at radial inner surface of elastomeric barrel (20) passing around the longitudinal axis (X-X); the second cylindrical element (22a, 22b) is placed at free end section (20a, 20b) of elastomeric barrel (20) at some distance from the first cylindrical element (21), at that rounded section (24a, 24b) of the second cylindrical element (22a, 22b) faces the rounded end section (23a, 23b); elastic expansion of elastomeric barrel (20) is performed.
EFFECT: simplified manufacture of barrel with maintained effective control of electric field.
