FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fire-place that includes furnace (2) provided with grate (1) and a door, enveloped with cover (3) and containing a combustion air supply device, as well as flue gas removal port (27). According to the invention, behind the above port (27) above furnace (2) there located is vertical metal skin (5) that directs flue gases upwards and inside which there is actually continuous heat-accumulating mass (7) made from material properly accumulating the heat (steatite). Between the metal skin and the above mass there are flue gas ducts (8) passing actually throughout their width and height. In port (27) under heat-accumulating mass (7) there are suction guides (6) containing horizontal ribs and vertical ribs for uniform distribution of flue gases around the heat-accumulating mass. Metal skin (5) and cover (3) of the furnace are enveloped with external skin (9) of the fire-place.

EFFECT: fire-place provides complete fuel combustion and has improved heat accumulation and heat release properties.
