FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for glass-furnaces charging. The device includes caisson, conveying units for glass mixture feeding through caisson opening above glass surface. Using sliding valve periodically actuated via sliding valve console to distribute glass mixture over glass bath the conveying units and sliding valve console are passed with sealing through caisson opening. Glass mixture is applied in adjacent area over glass bath using two conveying units which can be adjusted independently of one another as related to amount supplied in unit time, distributed and moved on glass bath using continuous circumduction of sliding valve at both sides of sliding valve console.

EFFECT: lower input during furnace charging, providing directional distribution of loaded material over glass bath surface and providing furnace internal space sealing relative to ambiance.
