FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for drying and heating of loaded material (5) consisting of particles for a glass-melting unit with vertical shaft (1), in which several gas passages (15) are located floor-by-floor; with that, shaft (1) is provided with at least one gas duct (13) for waste gases from the melting unit. According to the invention: a) inside shaft (1) with lateral distances on all the sides there located one above another floor-by-floor are guide elements having the shape of frame (8) for loaded material (5), through which some part of gas passages (15) is passed; b) at least some part of the guide elements irrespective of each other is installed in a movable manner transversely to shaft (1); c) upper ends of guide elements (8) are provided with approaching inclined surfaces (8a) for input of loaded material (5) and their lower ends are provided with approaching inclined surfaces (8b) for output of loaded material (5); d) at least one of the guide elements (8) is connected to vibration drive (11).
EFFECT: providing movement of the loaded material inside the shaft so that aggregation of particles can be prevented or suspended.
