SUBSTANCE: device for industrial components cleaning contains liquid container that limits the enclosed space for the cleaning liquid containing in it, and ultrasound converters with work frequency and wave length in the cleaning liquid, that are secured to at least part of the liquid container at spacing within range from 2 wave lengths to 10 wave lengths. During work the converters generate power density in area of the component location in the liquid container that exceeds average power density of the liquid container.
EFFECT: converters work such that frequency and phase of the adjacent converters are not controlled simultaneously, thus preventing static and deleterious standing waves in the cleaning liquid.
