SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relate to tubing cleaning equipment for oil and gas wells from deposits of asphaltenes, resins, wax, hydrates, calcium salts (asphalt-resin-wax deposits) and etc. without extraction of the tubing from wells. This device can be used also for cleaning water-producing and other wells. Cleaning of the tubing internal surface is performed due to combined impact (ultrasonic, mechanical, thermal) on the contamination. Due to uninterrupted operation of the well, the mud grinded by combined impact is lifted to the surface and removed from the well by the fluid flow. The ultrasonic cleaning unit for tubing consists of ultrasonic generator and a downhole ultrasonic scraper, which is a converter of electrical vibrations into mechanical ones placed in a protective casing, connected to oscillation transformer that amplifies the oscillation amplitude of the ultrasonic radiators.

EFFECT: improved performance and cost effectiveness of the tubing cleaning operation.
