FIELD: processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to use of special reaction system forming polyurethane (PUR) foams, for plane fixation vacuum insulation panels (VIPs) on wall of a cooling apparatus, as well as to production of composite items, which include a wall of cooling apparatus, a layer of PUR-foam plastic and at least one VIP. Use of reaction system forming polyurethane foam plastic, which contains a) organic and/or modified organic polyisocyanates with b) at least one more high-molecular compound with at least two hydrogen atoms, reactive towards isocyanate group in presence of d) foaming agents, e) catalysts, f) foam stabilisers, wherein components are selected so that production of polyurethane foam with closed cells with volume weight in free foaming from 50 up to 1100 g/l and compression strength ≥15 kPa and stiff structural foams are excluded, for fixation on plane of vacuum insulation panels (VIPs) on inner side of outer wall of cooling apparatus and/or on outer side walls of inner housing of cooling apparatus. Reaction system may contain c) low-molecular chain elongation agents and/or polymer cross-linking or g) other auxiliary substances and/or additives. Furthermore, invention describes a method of producing composite articles which contain a wall of cooling apparatus, a layer of PU-foam plastic from said reaction system forming PU-foam plastic, and at least one VIP.

EFFECT: invention enables to produce an improved system, having sufficient adhesion and forming PUR-foam plastic with good surface quality.
