FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: belt conveyor comprises C-like belt with edges atop working and idle flights. Conveyor belt edge idle flight screws are arranged for belt turn over. Pass-over belt is fitted over carrier flight with overlap of the gap between its edges. Supports are composed of circular discs with rollers to coil both belts into pipe. Balls are fitted with clearance inside circular discs combined in pairs by outer rings to stay at idle flight at the points of contact therewith only.
EFFECT: power and material savings, better manufacturability and reliability.
