FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to belt conveyors with tubular section belt. Proposed conveyor contains carrying belt, tubular in operating state, and tape enclosing the belt wound on drums, and supporting-and-centering units with rollers to form belt and tape into tube. Carrying belt, when formed into tube, has clearance between edges overlapped by tape. Said tape has lower run arranged from side of said clearance and located under upper rollers of supporting-and-centering units. Protective casing is installed on section where load carrying belt changes from chute tube and before overlapping of said clearance. Protective casing is provided with linings to decrease friction between moving load carrying belt and casing installed stationary with possibility of changing its position in height. EFFECT: reduced material usage and power consumption. 3 dwg _
