FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: windmill comprises cylinder body with top wall. Cylinder body has exhaust openings and houses piston articulated with rod. Engine has slide valve hollow body with holes in its wall with hollow slide valve with top holes in slide valve wall aligned with said slide valve body holes. Slide valve lower holes communicate cylinder inner chamber with slide valve body chamber slide valve chamber. Slide valve body is rigidly coupled with cylinder body top wall. Said cylinder body top wall has hole for slide valve to displace therein. In compliance with second version, slide valve body is rigidly coupled with cylinder body top wall. Said cylinder body top wall has hole for slide valve to displace therein. Slide valve bottom end stays inside cylinder to allow contact between slide valve end with piston. Engine housing comprises cylinder wall, top wall of said housing and cylinder sidewall with exhaust holes, slide valve body with holes in its holes to feed fluid therein. Said cylinder body top wall has hole for slide valve to be rigidly secured therein. Slide valve body lengthwise axis is aligned with cylinder body lengthwise axis.
