FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device includes coaxial clamps for sample fixation, arched levers connected to the clamps, and platforms supported by clamp walls. Arched levers in the form of rockers with orifices are bolted to the sample clamps and platforms supported by the clamp walls. Centres of orifices in the arched lever connected to the upper clamp lie in the same circumference with centres of orifices in the arched lever connected to the lower clamp.

EFFECT: extended functional capabilities for sample loading to fracture not just by tension, shearing and bending force but by combined force at a fixed ratio of tension force, shearing force and bending moment values.
