FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with the ports for loading and unloading of materials, a rotor with blades and a rotary drive. In the top and bottom parts of the mixing chamber, two vibrators in corrugated casings are set in the centre and rigidly fixed, they generate vibrations by lower, central and upper crank mechanisms. A disk is rigidly fixed inside the casing of the lower vibrator, it is fitted with a cylindrical protrusion able of being inserted and fastened along the inner diameter of a spring installed so that it can be freely compressed and released in a cup. A disk with a guide post is rigidly fixed inside the upper vibrator casing in the centre in the horizontal plane. The vibrators' casings are made as metal corrugated shells being corrugated thin-walled bodies of rotation which in the vertical plane section provide for truncated rhombi by corrugation peaks points, the shells are able of generating three vibration fields identical in amplitude and different in frequency, two of them in aggregate and the third one separately correspond by shape to the corrugated contour of the said bodies of rotation, with differently directed oscillations. A spring is installed between the casings of the lower and upper vibrators along the diameters of recesses formed by the smallest corrugations from those of the metal corrugated shells at the lower and upper vibrator casings.
