FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: compressor comprises a chamber 1 inside which a perforated screen 4 of spherical shape is installed with the convex side up, the screen ends are folded upwards. An additional cap in the form of a dish divides the chamber cavity into two zones 7 and 8. The lower zone 8 is fitted by outlet check valves 9 and 10. A high-pressure tank 2 is connected to the lower chamber zone 8 via a check outlet valve 27, a connecting pipe and a pipeline 28 and is connected with a high-pressure receiver 3. The centres of screens 4 and 6 are fitted by guiding tubes 13 and 14 through which an adjusting screw 15 is passed and is connected with an adjustment stop member 16 located above the screen 4. A spring 17 at a screw 15 is mounted between the screens 4 and 6. The spring 17 resistance is chosen so that to provide for vibration and to overcome the gas pressure at the inflammation over the perforated screen 4, as well as at passing of the flame through perforated holes in the screen 4 in the direction of the fixed additional screen 6 with its diameter being a little smaller than the screen 4 diameter.
EFFECT: compressor runs in automatic mode and ensures increased reliability and stability of operation.
