SUBSTANCE: device comprises a loading and an unloading device, a working chamber mounted on the platform equipped with a vibrator, and mounted by means of springs on the base. The working chamber is mounted on the platform with an inclination α at an angle to the horizon in the direction of loading and unloading with the vibrator mounted horizontally under the platform, providing the change in the shape of the trajectory of oscillations of the working chamber from the circular to the vertical ellipse. The chamber is made in the form of a torus with a curvilinear helical surface along the inner perimeter in the form of curvilinear pockets with centres of the curvature located inside the working chamber. The chamber is mounted of sections, each of which is made in the form of a circular sector made of a strip with the formation of quadrangles different in sizes with two parallel sides in the form of fold lines. The strip is folded in a ring, along the perimeter of which the curvilinear pockets are located.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve the quality of preparing feed.
