The chamber is mounted on the platform with an inclination angle β to the horizon in the direction of loading and unloading with the vibrator mounted horizontally under the platform and providing a change in the shape of the trajectory of oscillations of the working chamber from the circular to the vertical ellipse. The chamber is made to form on its outer and inner perimeter of the multiple-thread triangular shaped helical surfaces and unidirectional multiple-thread helical lines.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve the quality of prepared feed.
