FIELD: horticultural products washing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of devices for washing horticultural products. A small-sized machine contains a bath with a liquid and a perforated drive drum installed in it, made around the perimeter in the form of a multi-thread helical surface with helical grooves inside and outside the perforated drum, at an angle to the axis of rotation of the perforated drum, in the form of curved pockets with curved pockets curvature centers helical surface located alternately outside and inside the cross-section of the perforated drum. The drum is assembled from at least one perforated strip rolled into cylindrical turns, connected to each other along the longitudinal edges, bent in a wave-like manner along the fold lines placed at an angle to its longitudinal edges, with the formation along the outer and inner surfaces directed in one direction at an angle to the axis of rotation of the perforated drum of the helical surfaces in the form of curved pockets along the outer and inner surfaces, which along the perimeter of the perforated drum can be different not only in shape, but also in size. The distance between the fold lines is equal to the sum of the lengths of the perimeters of the geometric shapes of the pockets of the inner and outer surfaces. The perforated drum is made in the form of a toroidal multi-pass working chamber, equipped with a platform with a vibrator, the axis of which is mounted horizontally under the platform, providing a change in the shape of the oscillation trajectory of the working chamber and the liquid bath from a circular to a vertical ellipse. The chamber is made in the form of a torus with a wave-like multi-threaded helical surface of double curvature, provided with helical grooves inside and outside the toroidal working chamber at an angle to its axis, in the form of curved pockets with centers of curvature located outside and inside the cross-section of the toroidal working chamber, mounted from sections , each of which is made in the form of a circular sector made of a strip rolled into a ring, with the formation of quadrangles of different sizes with opposite two sides located parallel to each other. The sections are connected to each other by the free sides of the mentioned quadrangles in the form of a hollow toroidal working chamber, with the formation along the outer and inner surfaces directed in one direction at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the toroidal working chamber, wavy helical surfaces in the form of curved pockets along the outer and inner surfaces , which along the perimeter of the toroidal working chamber can be different not only in shape, but also in size. The distance between the fold lines is equal to the sum of the lengths of the perimeters of the geometric shapes of the pockets of the inner and outer surfaces. The loading window of rectangular shape, the large side of which is perpendicular to the direction of the screw grooves of the toroidal working chamber, is made in the upper part of the toroidal working chamber. The discharge window is made in the lower part of the toroidal working chamber, also rectangular in shape, the large side of which is perpendicular to the direction of the screw grooves of the toroidal working chamber. A toroidal liquid bath with a toroidal working chamber and a platform with a vibrator are rigidly attached to each other.
EFFECT: reduction of dimensions in length, expansion of technological capabilities due to the possibility of washing easily damaged fruit and vegetable products, increasing the intensity and quality of washing, and increasing productivity.
