SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment. Water treatment system 200 comprises chamber with contaminated water intake, purified water outlet and processing unit to be isolated in said chamber. Processing unit includes filter material. First end cap with perimetritic edge and perimetritic seal is secured at processing unit end. Said seal can isolate said chamber so that it separates contaminated water (a) from purified water (b). In compliance with one version, said system 200 comprises chamber coupled with the bed and to be uncoupled therefrom as required. In compliance with second version, system 200 comprises the plate coupled therewith and including electric connections and electronic modules connected therewith that can be disconnected therefrom.
