FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to a plain thrust bearing as well as to a combined device of the plain thrust bearing and a piston rod. The plain thrust bearing comprises a casing from artificial resin, a circular cover, a circular metal plate and a plain thrust bearing assembly. The casing includes a hollow cylindrical part with a cylindrical inner edge surface forming a through hole, a circular collar part which, as a solid unit, branches off in the radial direction outwards from the cylindrical outer edge surface and the hollow cylindrical part. The circular cover is fitted by a disk part with inner edge surface forming a through hole which is concentrical to the through hole in the bearing casing. The circular metal plate is fitted by an outer disk part turned in the radial direction outwards, the upper circular surface of the said disk part touches the lower circular surface of the disk part of the circular cover. The plain thrust bearing assembly is set between the bearing casing and the lower circular surface of the outer disk part of the circular metal plate. The combined device of the plain thrust bearing and the piston rod comprises the plain thrust bearing and the piston rod of a hydraulic damper.
