SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. The signal processing apparatus comprises a computation device which performs transform computation during operation and is configured for Fourier transform of a time-domain OFDM signal, i.e. an OFDM into a frequency-domain OFDM signal; a processing device which performs carrier frequency shift detection during operation and is configured to detect a carrier frequency shift estimate, which is a carrier frequency error used for demodulating the OFDM signal; and a carrier frequency shift correcting device which performs carrier frequency shift correction during operation and is configured to correct carrier frequency shift of the frequency-domain OFDM signal in accordance with the carrier frequency shift estimate.
