SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data transmission via signal frames, which include multiple preambles of synchronisation. The method and system for transmission of usage in a signal frame include insertion of the first preamble of synchronisation into the first location in the signal frame and insertion of the second preamble of synchronisation into the second location in the signal frame, in which the first preamble of synchronisation transmits information that indicates the second location. The method additionally includes transmission of the signal frame to the receiving device in a wireless communication medium.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of usage of a channel pass band and provision of quick synchronisation.
