SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Said part comprises at least one insulating area with noise absorbing properties of the mass-spring type. Said area includes at least one ply with mass and decoupling play abutting on the latter. Note here that ply with mass consists of porous fibrous play and barrier ply. Said barrier ply is arranged between porous fibrous ply and decoupling ply while all plies are coupled to make a sandwiched structure. Note also that porous fibrous ply in at least insulating area has dynamic lengthwise elasticity modulus set to radiation frequency equal to at least 3000 Hz. Said part can be incorporated with noise insulator or with that combined with absorber.
EFFECT: efficient noise killing.
