FIELD: automotive industry.

SUBSTANCE: noise killer comprises bearing sound-transmitting sheet-like substrate (1) attached to vehicle body panels by adhesive coating (2) or fastened thereto by mechanical fasteners, and separate sound absorbing elements (4) lining said bearing substrate, on one its side. Aforesaid elements (4) represent arbitrary-shape fragment-like wastes of processed noise insulation packages of used vehicles, or process wastes of production of porous noise absorbing materials, distributed and fixed, in a certain manner, over bearing substrate (1) to make air gaps thereon. Area of formed equivalent air gap between adjacent face surfaces of said noise absorbing elements (4) does not exceed

where s_el is the area of projection of the smallest-area adjacent noise absorbing element onto bearing substrate face surface. Noise absorbing assembly surface is lined by sound-transmitting gas-and-water-resistant film (8) on the side of aforesaid elements (4).
