FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: this device comprises double-rail track circuits with impedance bonds while locomotive ALSS receiving coils are located at rolling stock. Said coils are located ahead of the mounted axle first axle, above the track, and connected in series. Parallel circuits tuned to track signalling current circuit and ALSS current circuit are connected in traction current circuit of rolling stock, between power hardware zero bus and current collecting mounted axles and/or in traction station reverse traction current bus. Power hardware control unit input is connected to output of the unit that defines the allowable interferences in ALSS channel. Input of said unit is connected with ALLS receiving coil output.

EFFECT: decreased interferences caused of rolling stock motion.
