SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a protective element intended for insertion into the front part (1) of a footwear article, in particular - one similar to a ballet shoe; the said front part contains a body (2) intended for accommodation of at least the user's toes, the said body (2) representing a rigid wholly single-piece unit consisting of an inner part (3), intended for contacting with the user's toes and made of an elastic material having the first hardness, by way of additional moulding inside the outer part (4), opposed to the said inner part (3) and made of a rigid material having the second hardness exceeding the first one.

EFFECT: ensuring protection of the ballet dancer's toes.
