FIELD: light industry branch. SUBSTANCE: a polymeric coating is applied on parts of a surface of revolution of a top portion and a walking surface of a sole of a ballet shoe. The polymeric coating may be smooth or shaped, laminate, or it may have a spot relief. Polymeric coatings, applied on the above mentioned portions of the ballet shoe, may be of polymers with different physical-mechanical properties and with different acoustical properties. The polymeric coating, had been applied on the portion of the surface of revolution of the top part of the shoe, preferably has a relief in the form of circles or ellipses and on the portion of the walking surface of the sole it is in the form of herringbone or network. EFFECT: enhanced service quality of shoe such as lowered "rattling". 5 cl, 4 dwg
