FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device to decrease wear in the combustion system of the gas turbine includes H-shape unit, insert and brazing filler. H-shape unit is made to connect the transition branch of the gas turbine furnace with fixturing element. The insert contains tungsten carbide in metal matrix selected from a group comprising cobalt and nickel. The brazing filler is located between the H-shape unit and insert for its brazing on the internal wear surface of the H-shape unit. The internal surface of the H-shape unit contains the first surface at right angle to the second surface, which is at right angle to the third surface, and third surface is parallel to the first and has the same area. Under another option the insert contains mixture of the tungsten carbide and brazing filler in the metal matrix, at that the metal matrix is selected from the group comprising cobalt and nickel. One more invention of the group relates to the method of wear decreasing in the combustion system of the gas turbine, when wear surface on the internal surface of the H-shape unit is covered by the insert comprising the tungsten carbide in the metal matrix selected of group including cobalt and nickel. The insert is brazed to the H-shape unit.

EFFECT: group of inventions reduces wear of parts of the combustion chamber of the gas turbine that have shape unsuitable for coating application by the spattering.
