FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of coating manufacturing on part out of carbon-free heat-resistant nickel alloy contains first coating application on the external surface of the part, and second Al-based coating application on the surface of the first coating. First coating contains, in wt %: chrome 4-25, aluminium 2-12, tantalum 0.2-20, tungsten 0.5-9.0, cobalt 8-10, hafnium 0.2-3.0, silicone 0.1-5.0, carbon 0.1-0.4, yttrium 0.001-5.0, and nickel - rest. The first coating is applied by the condensation method, and the second coating is applied by the diffusion or condensation methods.
EFFECT: reduced labour intensity and improved part durability.
