FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to making on part out of carbon-free heat-resistant nickel alloy of the coatings with barrier layer to protect against gas corrosion under temperatures above 900°C, and can be used in aviation engines construction, shipbuilding, tanks construction and other industries. The method includes formation of the carbide barrier layer on the part surface in gaseous carbon containing medium, and further application of aluminide coating, at that the carbide layer is formed in vacuum from 10-1 to 10-5 mm Hg and part temperature from 850 to 1050°C, at pressure of the gaseous carbon containing medium from 0.5 to 10 mm Hg and holding in it for from 2 to 10 minutes.
EFFECT: invention reduces labour intensity and increases durability of the parts out of carbon-free nickel alloys.
