FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: unit for preparation of mortars comprises a working chamber installed elastically on a base, made as hollow, in the form of a square, with a wave-shaped helical surface along the inner perimeter with pockets of wavy shape. The working chamber is mounted of four hollow sections stiffly connected in turns with each other, which are made in the form of a hollow circular sector with four hollow rectilinear sections. Four sections made in the form of a hollow circular sector with a wavy multiple-thread helical surface of double curvature, equipped with helical grooves inside and outside the circular sector at the angle to its axis in the form of pockets of wavy shape with centres of curvature located outside and inside the cross section of the circular sector, are mounted from subsections, each made of a strip rolled into a ring with formation of quadrangles of different size with two parallel sides located in parallel to each other. Subsections are connected to each other by free sides of the specified quadrangles in the form of a hollow circular sector, with formation along the outer and inner surfaces of wavy helical surfaces directed towards one side at the angle to the longitudinal axis of the circular sector, and such surfaces are shaped as wavy pockets along the outer and inner surfaces, which along the perimeter of the circular sector may be different both in shape and size. The distance between bending lines is equal to the sum of lengths of perimeters of geometric figures of pockets of inner and outer surfaces. Four hollow rectilinear sections along the perimeter are made of one and more strips, bent as wavy along bending lines arranged at the angle to their longitudinal edges, with formation along outer and inner surfaces of helical surfaces directed towards one side at the angle 10°-80° in the form of pockets of outer surface and pockets of inner surface of wavy shape. Shape and size of pockets along the inner surface may differ from shape and size of pockets along the outer surface, and along the perimeter of the rectilinear section the pockets may be different not only in shape, but in size as well.
