FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: vibration screen contains the drive, loading and unloading devices, the screening surface, elastically installed on the bed, and fitted with the vibrator and designed as hollow in the form of square with wavy screw punched surface along the internal perimeter, with the wavy pockets of a form oriented towards the same side at the angle 10-70° to the screening surface axis. The screening surface is formed by four hollow punched sections which are rigidly joined to each other in alternately manner, and implemented in the form of the hollow circular punched sector with four hollow rectilinear punched sections. Four punched sections implemented in the form of the hollow circular punched sector with the wavy multiturn screw punched surface with double curvature, fitted with screw grooves inside and outside the circular sector at the angle 10-70° to its axis in the form of wavy pockets with the curvature centres located outside and inside the cross section of the circular punched sector, are formed by punched subsections, each of which is made of the punched strip curtailed into ring with formation of quadrangles, with different sizes, with two parallel sides located in parallel to each other. The punched subsections are joined to each other by free sides of the named quadrangles in the form of the hollow circular punched surface with formation along external and internal surfaces oriented towards the same side at the angle 10-70° to the longitudinal axis of the hollow circular punched sector of wavy screw punched surfaces in the form of wavy pockets along external and internal punched surfaces, the perimeters of which can differ not only by shape, but also by sizes. The distance between the bend lines is equal to the sum of perimeter lengths of the geometric figures of the pockets on the internal and external surfaces. Four hollow rectilinear punched sections along the perimeter are made of one and more punched strips bent in wavy manner along the fold lines arranged at an angle to their longitudinal edges with formation along external and internal punched surfaces oriented towards the same side at the angle 10-70° of screw punched surfaces in the form of pockets of the external punched surface and pockets of internal punched wavy surface. The shape and the sizes of pockets along the internal punched surface may differ from the shape and the sizes of pockets along the external punched surface and along the perimeter of rectilinear section the pockets may differ not only by shape, but also by sizes.
EFFECT: screening efficiency improvement.
