FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: vibration concrete mixer comprises a working chamber resiliently mounted on a base and equipped with drive, made hollow in form of the square with the multithread helical triangular surfaces and unidirectional multithread helical lines arranged along its inner and outer perimeter. The chamber consists of rigidly alternately interconnected four hollow sections in the form of a hollow circular sector with four hollow rectilinear sections. Four sections made as hollow round sector consist of sub-sections, each of them is made out of the strap bend alternatively to different sides at straight lines in form of the bend lines on the strap with equal spacing and arranged at angle to the strap edges with creation of equal squares with two parallel sides located on the strap alternatively and in parallel to each other, and convoluted in ring in form of sub-sections. The sub-sections are connected with each other by free sides of the said squares with creation of the hollow sector with multithread helical triangular surfaces and unidirectional multithread helical lines. The four hollow straight sections are produced from at least one strap bent along straight lines arranged at an angle to the strap edges, forming similar parallelograms located on the strap alternately to opposite sides. The strap is convoluted in the cylindrical turns connected with each other along the longitudinal edges forming along the internal surface of the helical broken triangle pockets, and along the outside surface of the unidirectional broken helical lines.

EFFECT: increased efficiency due to increased movement path of the mixture components inside the working chamber.
