SUBSTANCE: dosaged supply device contains a holder and a package of napkins. The holder is suitable for retaining the package and contains a means for the holder attachment to the surface. The holder contains a front part, a rear part and side parts connecting the front and the rear parts. The package contains the first wall with a hole for dosaged supply, a rear wall opposed to the front wall, two opposite side walls and two opposite butt-end walls. The front part of the holder contains the first and the second holder elements passing in the direction along the holder and positioned at a distance from each other in the direction across the holder with a hap between the holder elements. The holder elements are capable of resilient movement between the retention position and the charging position, the gap in the retention position being less than in the charging position. The rear part of the holder and the rear wall of the package contain conjugated fixture means for the package attachment to the holder.

EFFECT: reliable retention of the napkins package during retrieval with the holder positioned on a horizontal or vertical surface.
