SUBSTANCE: dispenser for folded napkins is provided, comprising container (2) with supporting surface (8) extending in a horizontal plane and surrounded by side walls (6). In container (2) there is at least one tab (100) for fixing the stack of napkins during the removal of one wipe from the foot. Tongue (100) is rotatable relative to container (2) between the holding position, in which tongue (100) extends horizontally, at least through a portion of dispensing opening (7), and a replenishment position in which the tongue is directed from the dispensing opening. Tab (100) rotates around flexible hinge (101). One or more stop surfaces (103, 110) define the extent to which tongue (100) is able to pivot about flexible hinge (101) to dispensing tongue (9).

EFFECT: elastic hinge of each of the holding elements provides a pivot around the hinge, while the mating portion and hinge of each retaining member are integrally formed.
