FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to weapons. Method of weighted barrel manufacturing involves first stage when a tube with two ends is attached by the first end to a wedge-shaped element. At the second stage, muzzle ending with a cap is attached to the other end of the tube. Muzzle includes at least one side aperture and at least one first ring installed tightly inside the tube and thus sealing the second end, and props forming channels in the cap, connecting external and internal muzzle parts. Props stop travel of the tube. At the third stage, barrel is attached to the muzzle and to the wedge-shaped element to form a space or cavity between the tube and barrel. At the fourth stage, structure made at the third stage is inserted into moulding machine for cast-on, leaving inlet barrel end out, and shaped so that the inlet end enters the cast-on through channels down inside the tube to the first ring.
EFFECT: larger efficiency of fixed internal silencer without increase in firearms weight and length, simplified manufacturing.
