FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: method is intended for manufacturing a barrel having a hollow tube (1) with an inlet end (14) and an outlet end (15). At the first stage the tube (1) is introduced into a molding machine, and fixing elements (50) and supports are introduced for fixing the tube (1), leaving it to a stable weight in a centered position inside the molding machine. At the second stage the tube (1), except for the input tube end (14), is subjected to overmolding giving it the desired shape.
EFFECT: invention provides uniform thickness of multicomponent forming over the entire tube length, which allows to avoid the barrel curvature.
