FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method to produce a 3D object with the help of a stereolithographic machine (1). The machine comprises a container (2) to hold liquid substance (3), a device (5) to emit certain radiation (4) and for selective hardening of the layer (6) of the liquid substance (3), adjacent to the bottom (2a) f the container (2), and a driving facility (8), to move the hardened layer (6a) relative to the bottom (2a). The method includes the following operations: they selectively harden the liquid layer (6) and separate the hardened layer (6a) from the bottom (2a) by means of a movement (11), capable to separate them from each other and including several movements (12, 12a, 12b, 12c) with appropriate pre-determined lengths (13, 13a, 13b, 13c), separated by appropriate intermediate stops (14, 14a, 14b), which last during appropriate pre-determined time intervals (15, 15a, 15b). Intermediate stops (14, 14a, 14b) are made until the hardened layer (6a) fully separates from the bottom (2a).
EFFECT: stress of adhesion between each hardened layer and bottom of the container as they are separated from each other reduces.
