SUBSTANCE: active matrix substrate includes a variety of pixel electrodes placed in the matrix and a source interconnection stretched in the direction of the leg. The source interconnection has the first lateral section stretched along one side in the leg direction of at least one pixel electrode out of the variety of pixel electrodes crossing the section that crosses the pixel electrode and the second lateral section stretched along the other side in the direction of the pixel electrode leg. The first and second lateral sections are interconnected by means of a big crossing section, and at least one crossing section is provided at each of two pixel electrodes adjusted in the leg direction out of the variety of pixel electrodes.
