SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propulsors for vehicles. The propulsor includes platform on bearing surface which platform has axle connected with driving pulley providing platform movement. The propulsor is provided with airfoils with valves interacting with environment and providing platform forward movement. Vehicle movement method is characterised by usage of propulsor.
EFFECT: invention is aimed to increase traction force.
