FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to vehicles, namely, the propulsors. The propulsor comprises a platform interacting with a support surface, a frame located on it, a shaft with a wheel is mounted in the frame, as well as with a lever of its rotation and an outer shaft connected to the loads and the rotary drive. The wheel is made in the form of a cam with eccentrically performed contour, and the outer shaft is connected to the guides, in which the spring-loaded rods are movably mounted, connected to the loads and rollers mounted with the ability of interaction with the cam. The method of travelling of the propulsor that interacts with the support surface comprises a portable rotational and relative movement of loads from the rotary drive, which centres of gravity form the trajectory of movement, asymmetrical relating to the axis of rotation of loads. In relative motion the loads make radial movement from the centre to the periphery with compression of the elastic elements, and from the periphery to the centre - under the action of elastic elements.
EFFECT: increase in the speed, traction force, manoeuvrability and design simplification of the propulsor is achieved.
