Shaft with central gear wheel is arranged in said frame and engaged with said gear wheels with bobs. Central gear wheel and gear wheels with bobs feature equal diameter. Center of gravity of bobs are located on central wheel radial axis at maximum and minimum distances from wheel rotational axis.
