FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: electroless copper coating of a part's working surface is carried out under 140-160°C during 12-20 s in a solution containing 30-50 g of cuprous chloride, 25-40 ml of 35%-hydrochloric acid and glycerol up to 1 l, then the working surface is covered with thermally pretreated under temperature t° lubricating composition containing 10-15 wt % of copper powder and 2-5 wt % of polytetrafluoroethylene powder. The lubricating composition is treated in the inertia gas environment by its squeezing 3-5 times under pressure N=(0.01-0.07) MPa with the rate G=(0.01-0.20) kg/min through a gap between the outer and inner shells of heated up to the temperature t°=(0.5-0.7)t°k sequentially installed rolling bearings with its number being n=7-9 and which rotate with the speed W=(0.01-0.03)Wadd.. Pressure P=n(0.06-0.60)Qadd. is applied to rolling bearings, where Qadd. - maximal permissible static load on one bearing, t°k - dropping point temperature of lubrucating compositionWadd. - maximal permissible rotation speed of bearings.
EFFECT: improved wear-resistant properties of a coating and antifriction properties at reduced time of its production and decreased process temperature.
