SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing a lubricating composition with insoluble additives, in the process of which it is pressed under the pressure N with a discharge G into the clearance between external and internal bearing races of several rolling bearings rotating at a frequency W, sequentially placed in the processing chamber stator, with an inert gas being supplied into the processing chamber after preliminary mixing of its components, the claimed stator and bearings are heated to a temperature t°=(0.5…0.7)t°d, where t°d is the temperature of the lubricating composition dripping, the bearings are brought into rotation at the frequency W=(0.01...0.03) Wper, where Wper is the maximal permissible frequency of their rotation, the lubricating composition is pressed under the pressure N=(0.01…0.07) MPa with the discharge G=(0.01…0.20) kg/min through n=1…9 bearings, to which the pressure P=n(0.06…0.60)Qper is applied, where Qper is the maximal permissible statistic load on one bearing, the lubricating composition is pressed through the bearings for 3 …5 times at the said values of the temperature t°, discharge G, pressures N and P.

EFFECT: increase of the anti-wear and anti-friction properties of the lubricating compositions.
