FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: electrospark doping of part surface by an electrode made from copper-based material is performed. Then coating is ground with the removal of 10-30% of its thickness, following are: polishing with copper-based material at pressure on the coating of 50-120 MPa, speed of material movement along the treated surface of 0.01-0.10 m/s in the environment from the mixture of glycerol and cuprous chloride taken in the proportion from 97:3 to 99:1, passivation, drying and application of lubricating composition on the treated surface with the composition containing 4-12 wt % of copper, 2-8 wt % of polytetrafluoroethylene and 2-8 wt % of glycol borate in soap grease which from time to time is additionally introduced at friction unit operation. Prior to application, the lubricating composition is thermally pretreated in the inertia gas environment by its squeezing 3-5 times under pressure N=(0.01-0.07) MPa with the rate G=(0.01-0.20) kg/min through a gap between the outer and inner shells of heated up to the temperature t°=(0.5-0.7)t°k sequentially installed rolling bearings with its number being n=7-9 and which rotate with the speed W=(0.01-0.03)Wadd.. Pressure P=n(0.06-0.60)Qadd. is applied to rolling bearings, where Qadd. - maximal permissible static load on one bearing, t°k - dropping point temperature of lubricating composition, Wadd. - maximal permissible rotation speed of bearings. Wear-resistant properties are improved by 15-19%, antifriction properties are improved by 10-22% along with service life prolongation by 1.4-1.5 times.
EFFECT: improved characteristics.
