FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hand-held percussion boring machines. Proposed machine comprises percussion mechanism with drive and mechanism to transfer motive force to percussion mechanism. Transfer mechanism comprises planetary gearing. Planetary gearing comprises pinion engaged with carrier in its turn engaged with ring gear from the outside in radial direction and with sun gear from the inside in radial direction. Sun gear, pinion and ring gear are composed of round hears or noncircular tooth wheels. Drive assembly driving element is arranged at planetary gearing output link.
EFFECT: compact design.
