FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ground transport equipment and specifically to transmissions for high-speed track-laying machines. Vehicle planetary composite transmission is formed by two planetary transmissions connected in series: range and main. Range transmission (A) consists of two planetary gears with K1 and K2 kinematic characteristics, two friction brakes (10, 11), one lock-up clutch (12) and provides three operation ranges: reverse, low forward gears and high forward gears. Main planetary transmission (B) consists of two planetary gears with K3 and K4 kinematic characteristics, two friction brakes (22, 23), two lock-up clutches (24, 25) and provides four gears of one direction (without reverse). Kinematic characteristics of planetary gears of range and main transmissions are connected by relation K1≅((1+K4)/K4)4≅(1+K3)2. Range splitting of vehicle planetary composite transmission is made by law of geometric progression. Finally, twelve gears are obtained from which eight gears are forward and four gears are reverse with full control of transmission.
EFFECT: invention allows providing increase of integral traction power of vehicle, improvement of its acceleration characteristics, improvement of its effectiveness and vehicle rotation in place.
