SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a fastening element for fixation in an undercut hole. The fastening element comprises a rod part and a spacer element. The rod part is fitted by a spacer body to expand the spacer element and a load applying unit. The spacer element is made as a bush and has a ring-shaped main body on which a spacer lug with a hole is set on the input side. The spacer lug and its hole are tapering in the direction of the free spacer lug end with the angle α at tapering vertex falling within the range of 20-40 degrees.
EFFECT: higher reliability of fixation of a fastening element in an undercut hole.
