SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of creation of radio-frequency tags. The conflict resolution platform (119) provides initiation, at least, partial, of scanning of the memory tag data channel in the first active final point (101a-101n) for detection of a power supply condition for the named passive final point. Then the conflict resolution platform (119 identifies the second active final point (101a-101n) on the basis, at least, partially, detection of the named power supply condition. The conflict resolution platform (119) generates the query of the second active final point for entry of the first active final point into the active mode with reference to the named passive final point and sends this query. Then the conflict resolution platform (119) attaches the first active final point to one or more power supply periods to the passive final point on the basis, at least, partially, of the received response.
EFFECT: providing of resolution of conflicts of passive final points (103a-103m).
